Joe Spano (born July 7, 1946) is an American actor, who provided the voice for Pasqually from 1977 to 1983.[1] He was later replaced by Scott Wilson, who voiced the character from 1984 to 1986. Today, he is a regular on the CBS police procedural show NCIS.
