Ticket blaster

The Ticket Blaster at the Vancouver, WA location

The Ticket Blaster is a feature that was added to Chuck E. Cheese restaurants in 2010. The Ticket Blaster is a cylinder-shaped booth in the showroom, used during birthday parties.

The birthday child is first required to put safety goggles on before entering the Ticket Blaster. Tickets cover the floor of the booth, where air jets blow air through the holes. The tickets are blown around throughout the enclosure. As many tickets as the birthday child can collect in 30 seconds will be awarded to them.

Along with the classic tickets, there are also colored tickets, exclusive to the Ticket Blaster. These tickets represent larger amounts of tickets: 50 (large-sized red), 100 (medium-sized yellow), and 200 (small-sized purple). A "magic ticket" worth 1,000 tickets is also available.

In practice, the machine is similar to money blower machines found at casinos and events, only with tickets instead of money.

In most CEC restaurants, Duncan Brannan's voice is heard in the booth during the demo, while the birthday child grabs the tickets after the party and on the online version. However, some restaurants receive Jaret Reddick's voice in the booth instead to fit in with the recent branding.
